Responsibilities:
- Develop embedded product firmware to interface with a network or local computer, interface with the print/scan engine, control the custom ASIC, and process the print data
- Performance analysis
- Leveraging firmware to various microprocessor architectures
- Specification or creation of development tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in CoE, ECE or ComSci
- at least 2 years experience in C/C++ programming
- knowledge on software/firmware development process
- experience with embedded, low level or assembly language programming
- background on hardware design, digital design and motor/control systems
- good communication skills (oral and written)
- Team-player
- at least 1 year experience in Unix/Linux programming
